I have dark circles under my eyes whether I sleep .0075 hours or if I hibernate all weekend. I have tried it all, drugstore or designer, cream or stick or liquid, applying before or after foundation, but it all comes down to I had better have concealer on or I look like I'm half-panda instead of half-Japanese. I have never ever EVER been so happy with a new concealer in the 7 years I have been wearing makeup.
This concealer is a little thicker of a formula than I am used to, and a little goes a loooooong way. It blends very well, but one thing the NARS counter woman told me that I had issues with was the concealer being "creaseless". This concealer will only stay out of your creases if you moisturize properly, which you should be doing anyway. The product dries to a powder-like finish, not a powdery one. and has never looked dry or chalky on me later in the day. NARS does a lot of products with light diffusing qualities, but this is the first I have purchased, and it totally does make my skin look brighter and more healthy.
Oh and staying power? This stuff is here to stay! Once it dries, it's on for the day, but removes easily with your basic cleanser and water, or eye makeup remover (just watch the cleanser around your delicate eye skin). I went home at 2AM Sunday morning and my makeup looked just as good as it did when I went out at 10, and this is through a night of bar-hopping, dancing, birthday girl kisses on the cheek, mechanical bull riding, and a moment of drunken tearfulness.
At $29, this is my most expensive concealer I have ever purchased, but still only $4 more than the Bobbi Brown I used to wear and exponentially better wearing (Sorry Bobbi <3). Judging by how little I use everyday, this tube will be lasting me a good long time (I will update the post when I finish the tube).
I apply my concealer using the wand in the bottle to dot around my eye, then using my ring finger to blend. Why my ring finger? It is the softest and most gentle of all of your fingers. Some people on the Sephora forum are saying this is a myth, but for me it's both habit and seems like the gentlest finger. This concealer works just fine with this method (the NARS lady told me herself that I didn't need a special brush)
Check it out at a Sephora or NARS counter at a department store near you! Why buy it in store? The color that I thought I would be on the internet/in store was one shade too light for me and looked absolutely ridiculous on. With over 40,000 "loves" on Sephora.com and 4.4/5 Stars in close to 1600 reviews, this concealer is the BEST one you will ever buy.

@NARSissist loving the Radiant Creamy Concealer! It does exactly what I've always wanted concealer to do! pic.twitter.com/lEg27mnWWV
